Vale Studio began with a simple constraint: buy fewer, better woodworking things and learn to keep them. The Woodwork edit favours ash and oak, oiled brass, repairable joinery and finishing supplies that let timber speak clearly. Every collection is built around the bench — what you reach for, what you sharpen, what you store and what you pass on.

Orders are packed in the workshop and dispatched with tracked international shipping, usually within 2–4 working days. Made-to-order and cut-to-size timber may take longer.
Unused stock items can be returned within 30 days in original packaging. Custom-cut timber, opened finishes and made-to-order pieces are excluded; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Ash and oak vary in grain and tone. We select for sound structure and photograph representative pieces; cut-to-size boards are matched where possible.
Wipe with a dry cloth, avoid prolonged moisture and re-oil working surfaces when they feel dry. Brass can be left to patina or polished with a soft cloth.
